All projects are developed by the Principle Designers Shuxing Fan, Carl Gudenius and Creative Director Stephanie Reimers. Deliberately minimal in staff, the company size allows the team to share equally in the operation of the company, including direct involvement in the design development. Additional associate designers and assistants are brought onboard project-by-project as needed. DCP utilizes excellent independent talent with specific skills needed for a given project without raising fixed overhead costs. This allows the company to be very competitive in our fee structuring.
